​Tasting note​

Pale straw yellow colour. On the nose a certain complexity, mature, a hint of anis. On the palate the wine is fresh, flavourful of citrus and a fruity and lively finish.

Shellfish, oysters with lemos. Best consumed at 8-9ºC.
