Third party recommendation
´´The 2012 Vallobera Blanco is a young unoaked Viura with perfumed notes of white flowers, apples and pears, very clean and pure. It is fresh and persistent, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish. Drink now-2015.´´ 88 points

Vallobera Blanco
D.O.Ca Rioja
The San Pedro family has a centuries-long heritage of vineyard working and winemaking in
the village of Laguardia in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Bodegas San Pedro is the dream come
true of Javier San Pedro Rández, who entered his father's bulk wine bussiness at the age of
14 and always dreamt of producing his own wines following his personal style and liking:
elegant concentrated wines loaded with ripe fruit and complexity.
Tasting note
Bright straw-yellow colour with green tones. Fresh and expressive bouquet with floral tones.
On the palate the wine is well balanced, smooth and fresh with floral and citrus flavours.
100% Viura grapes, fermented in stainless steel and no oak.
Pairing
Serve at 8-10º C. It goes very well with rice dishes, shellfish and fish.
