Siega Verde (Salamanca)
Siega Verde is a palaeolithic station in the municipality of Castillejo de Martin Viejo, in the province of Salamanca, part of Castilla y León. It’s a Cave Art site, discovered in 1988, with many picketed figures: horses, goats, bulls, reers, stags…
The UNESCO done its inscription of as World Heritage Site in 2007, representing the most important collection of Open Air Palaeolithic Art in the Iberian Peninsula.
